As soon as I met Doug Honea, I knew I had found a smart, trustworthy mechanic who would take care of me and every car I ever owned. He has never ceased to impress me with his ability to diagnose and fix my Honda automobiles, and he has worked miracles on other cars in our house. I think the best story to describe Doug is this: when my husband’s transmission broke down and totaled his old Ford Escape, Doug bought it from him and rebuilt it from the ground up. That transmission was defective from the factory, and Doug make it like new again! No small task. He later gave it to his daughter to drive to college. That’s the guy I want working on all of my cars. Highly recommended.

Quickly identified the mechanical failure. Our SUV was repaired and ready for pickup same day. When I came in to pick it up the following morning they even let me in before store hours to get me on my way quickly.
