Honea's is always reliable and friendly.

Doug is an amazing mechanic and the most honest and fair priced business owner in this area. My only negative is that it took us 10 years living here to discover this hidden gem. Today, he quoted a price on a repair and when we picked the car up it was 15% less than the quote because he said he miscalculated. His quote to begin with was 15% less than his competition on Williams Drive. That totaled to 30% less than the competition! If you are in Georgetown or close , go see him for any car mechanical issues!

We migrated to Honea's several years ago from having our vehicles serviced at the respective dealers. We have found Honea's very competant, responsive, competitive and friendly. No need ot go anywhere else when the service is so good. Its like an "old time" service center, friendly, competant and they don't try to up sell you, just provide excelent service.

Our first trip to Honea's automotive was an "emergency." We were parked at a restaurant right across the street and our car started with great difficulty. We had heard and read good things about Honea's, so when we managed to get the car started we went directly there. Of course, the shop was already very busy with scheduled work they had promised to complete. Nonetheless, Doug Honea graciously fit us into his workload, ran diagnostics on our electrical system, and replaced our battery. The work was thorough and the price was very fair. And it was a pleasure working with Mr. Honea. We look forward to taking our car back there for periodic maintenance.
